The terms that apply to use of bnbvio.com and to BNBVIO's services.

1. Services
BNBVIO provides the Direct Booking Growth Package: domain and business email setup, website development, iOS and Android app development, an owner dashboard, payment integration, guest email automations and SEO. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Pricing and payment
The package is priced at USD 2,499 one-time. The first 10 customers receive a USD 500 discount (USD 1,999), subject to availability as confirmed by BNBVIO. Third-party costs such as Apple and Google developer accounts, payment-gateway fees and hosting or domain renewals are payable by the client and are disclosed upfront. Payment terms are agreed in the project proposal.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients provide brand assets, property information, photography, required licences and timely feedback. Clients are responsible for compliance with UAE holiday-home regulations, taxes and platform agreements.
4. Third-party platforms
Calendar synchronisation depends on the capabilities of the client's channel manager or platform. App-store approval timelines and policies are controlled by Apple and Google. BNBVIO is not affiliated with Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Apple or Google.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, the client owns the delivered website, apps, content and data. BNBVIO retains rights to its underlying tools, frameworks and know-how.
6. Limitation of liability
BNBVIO does not guarantee specific booking volumes, search rankings or revenue outcomes; illustrative figures on this website are estimates. To the extent permitted by law, BNBVIO's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
